Working alongside Virtualware — the leading VR technology partner in Spain — and for clients including the Basque Government and Egibide, I led the creative direction and all UI design for immersive educational experiences now active in schools across the Basque Country, with national rollout underway. These aren't showcase pieces. They're tools that teachers use to explain complex subjects and that students engage with daily. I was involved from the first meeting with educators — understanding what they needed to teach, where students were getting lost, what the experience had to feel like — through to final delivery. The measure of success isn't how it looks in a demo. It's whether it works in a classroom.

Interactive experiences for cybersecurity training, product configurators, multilingual webapps with embedded assessment — built in collaboration with partners like Bit Life Media. For Siemens, we produced an interactive safety training deployed to a global workforce in 7 languages, Arabic and Chinese included. The brief is rarely 'build a webapp.' It's usually 'we need people to actually understand this' or 'we need to make a complex process feel simple.' The interactive format is the answer when static content stops working. I bring the creative direction, the UX thinking and the ability to translate what a client needs into something a development team can build — and a user can actually use.

I build custom AI tools for my own workflow — and the standard I hold them to is the same as anything else I put my name on. The render time calculator below is one example: a tool I needed, built in an afternoon, that does exactly what it should and nothing more. Beyond production tools, I've built custom systems for business and personal management — because if something exists in the market but doesn't quite fit, building the right version is faster than adapting to the wrong one. Using agent-based IDEs, custom skills and token-optimised pipelines, I've built tools that outperform many commercial alternatives in the specific tasks I need them for. The point isn't the technology. It's understanding what a tool needs to do, directing its build with precision, and knowing when the result is good enough — and when it isn't. That's not a developer skill. It's a director skill.
